Candidate Profile – Store Keeper and Accounts

Position: Store Keeper and Accounts

Location: Bhiwandi / Kalyan, Maharashtra (Nearby Candidates Preferred)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inward and outward material movement with proper documentation and system entries.
  • Maintain inventory records, stock reconciliation, and ensure accuracy in quantity and quality checks.
  • Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments for smooth flow of materials.
  • Handle accounting entries related to store transactions such as GRN, issue slips, and stock returns.
  • Monitor and control minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of materials with proper supporting documents.
  • Maintain neat, systematic storage of materials as per identification and safety norms.
  • Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly stock reports and assist in audits.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in store management and inventory control.
  • Sound knowledge of storekeeping procedures, ERP or Tally software, and basic accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail, discipline, and record-keeping ability.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Candidate should reside in or near Bhiwandi / Kalyan area for convenient commute.
  • Female Candidates Preferred.

Education:

  • Graduate or Diploma (Preferred in Commerce / Supply Chain / Material Management).

Salary: As per industry standards and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
