We are happy to announce that we are looking for a talented and experienced candidate to join our

team as Patient Counselor/ Sales Executive.

People today look for simple, affordable, and quality treatment for diseases like cancer. With the

mission of saving as many lives as possible, CancerMitr is an online patient-centric community

platform focused on end-to-end cancer care solutions from discovery to recovery. We provide services

like virtual OPD and distribution centers for quality, accessible, affordable cancer treatment solutions.

If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential audiences to

demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, wed like to meet you. Ultimately,

youll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our companys rapid and

sustainable growth.

1. Position: Patient Counselor/ Sales Executive

2. Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)

3. Roles and Responsibilities

You will be required to work in a time-bound environment and ensure that customer service is

provided to its best quality.

You are responsible for meeting personal and team targets as well as our customer satisfaction.

Handle calls, mails, Whatsapp chat to patients and clients.

Identify the needs of patients, resolve issues and provide solutions.

Upsell other products/ services wherever possible.

Ensure you follow the sales script provided by the company for uniformity

Maintain good relations.

Building and maintaining the CRM database.

Write and submit timely reports on all parameters.

4.Qualications

High School Graduates, but a bachelor's degree in commerce or related elds is preferred.

Prior experience with customer service and call centers in relevant job roles.

Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.

Customer oriented attitude with professionalism.

Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills.

Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over the English language.

Effective persuasive, convincing and selling skills.

Proven Sales experience in the relevant or any other industry.
