Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive (IT Recruiter) to join our team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals while ensuring a smooth recruitment process. The candidate should be enthusiastic about talent acquisition and capable of handling end-to-end recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT positions (Junior to Senior level).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future requirements.
  • Support HR operations and other activities when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field.
  • 6 months – 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (Freshers with strong interest can also apply).
  • Good understanding of various IT skills, roles, and technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, portals, and LinkedIn sourcing.
