Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end Payroll, Statutory Compliances, and Recruitment functions. The role requires a strong understanding of HR operations, labour laws, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities Payroll Management

  • Manage monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure salary disbursement.
  • Handle full & final settlements, gratuity, and bonus calculations.
  • Prepare payroll reports and maintain confidential records.

Compliance & Statutory

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
  • File statutory returns and manage inspections/notices.
  • Keep updated with amendments in labour laws and HR-related regulations.
  • Maintain statutory registers and documentation.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Understand manpower requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and agencies.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding formalities.
  • Support induction and orientation programs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience in payroll, compliance, and recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software (SAP, Tally, or HRMS tools).
  • Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
