Gsource Technologies, a prominent design -assist firm in the construction industry, is currently in search of Revit BIM Modeler The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 -2 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in BIM & exposure to US & Middle East projects. Responsibilities and Duties: Hands on working knowledge in Revit Software. • Use of Building information modeling (BIM) to perform Modeling / Design tasks. • Produce shop drawings as per details given by clients/team leader/Engineer. • Able to meet tight deadline and can handle projects in team as well as individually • Should have sound knowledge from LOD 100 to 500. • Coordinate 3D models to resolve collisions with other disciplines using Navisworks. • Responsible for BIM standard development, implementation and enforcement. • Lead and participate in client meetings & Presentation. • Making sure quality standards and checklists are followed for every project.Requirements Skill Required: Bachelors Degree in EngineeringMinimum 1 -2 years' experience in BIM Modeling projects.Experience of using Autodesk AEC package -AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks etc Ability to do QC and read Architecture, structure & MEPF drawings.
