Position objective:

- Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform design/drawing tasks
- Comprehensive knowledge of Revit structural modelling tools, including advanced features for detailing and connection design.
- Familiarity with BIM concepts, workflows, and data management practices.
- Ability to interpret and create detailed technical drawings and construction documents
- Managing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations
- Effective communication and coordination with other design team members to ensure a cohesive BIM model
- Coordinate and monitor shop drawings submission schedule
- Produce shop drawings as per details given by engineer/manager

**Requirements**:

Qualification : BE Civil
- Minimum of 1 -2 years of Design experience in US projects
- Previous experience in 3D Modeling Using Revit structural
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Wood/Steel and concrete structure
