**Job Summary**: As a BIM Modeler at Suraksha Smart City, you will be responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models of construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction managers to ensure the accuracy and integrity of BIM data throughout the project lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage detailed BIM models for construction projects, including architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) elements.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and incorporate project requirements into BIM models.
- Ensure model accuracy and adherence to project standards, including clash detection and resolution.
- Produce and maintain BIM documentation, including model reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Support the project team with model coordination, data management, and information sharing.
- Utilize BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) to create and modify models, generate construction documents, and facilitate project visualization.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss model updates, issues, and solutions.
- Assist in the development of BIM execution plans and workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends, BIM technologies, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of BIM principles, standards, and practices.
- Excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and terminology is a plus.
- Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
