- **Responsibilities**:_
- Plumbing and HVAC Design: Perform detailed load calculations and schematic designs for plumbing and HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Revit MEP Modelling: Develop and manage LOD300-350 Revit MEP models, ensuring precision and alignment with project specifications.
- Drawing Preparation: Extract and produce detailed shop drawings from Revit models, maintaining accuracy and clarity.
- BIM Integration: Create and refine conceptual architectural and structural BIM models using AutoCAD plans provided by architects and clients, ensuring integration with overall project designs.
- **Preferred Degree**:_BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
- **Additional**:_
- Expertise in Revit MEP: Demonstrated experience with Revit MEP and BIM modelling, including the development of complex models and drawings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in plumbing and HVAC load calculations, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
- AutoCAD Proficiency: Ability to interpret and utilize AutoCAD plans for BIM modelling effectively.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality and accurate models and drawings.
