Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Professional located in Mira Road. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and managing the entire sales process. Daily tasks will include generating leads, conducting property tours, staying updated with market trends, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service. The individual will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring seamless transactions and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Valid real estate license
