We seek a motivated and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our dynamic team at AD Realty. As a Sales Executive, you will be key in driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and engage potential clients to expand our client base.
- Present and promote real estate services to prospective clients.
- Manage client portfolios and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends to offer informed guidance to clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related fields.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation. (optional)
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools.
- Ability to understand and analyze market trends.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.
- High level of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
