**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The primary role will involve contacting potential and existing customers via phone to promote products/services, answer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Inform customers about products, services, and offers.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer databases.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain records of conversations and sales leads.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and sales targets.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Insert language(s)].
- Ability to handle rejection and remain professional.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software knowledge preferred).
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.

**Job Type**: Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹8,000.00 per month
