Our team is expanding, and we are currently seeking a talented Tele caller who is **fluent in Bengali and Hindi** to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and communication.

**Position Overview**:
As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, and providing information about our products/services. **Fluency in both Bengali and Hindi is essential for effective communication with our diverse customer base. **Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office suites such as Excel and Word is required for documentation and reporting purposes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list.
- Explain products/services and answer questions from potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure targets are met.
- Provide feedback and input on customer needs and market trends.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Office suites, particularly Excel and Word.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Bengali and Hindi (both verbal and written).
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites, including Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
