Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Tele caller/Telemarketer to join our team. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers or clients with the goal of promoting our products or services, generating leads, and setting up appointments for sales representatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients using a provided script to promote our products or services.
- Generate leads and set up appointments for sales representatives.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain and update customer databases with complete and accurate information.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the management team.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques to effectively promote our products or services.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tele caller/Telemarketer or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
