Tele Caller Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide detailed information about products/services
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to answer questions and provide accurate information
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up on leads and conduct cold calling when necessary to expand the customer base
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the management
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor on all calls
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve sales techniques and product knowledge

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar customer service/sales role is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Specify Language(s)]
- Strong customer orientation and ability to handle customer queries effectively
- Ability to persuade and influence customers, while maintaining professionalism
- Proficient in using CRM software and other basic computer skills
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: Up to ₹12,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
