Administration Officer

- Perform accurate and timely data entry and database management.
- Maintain and update company records, documents, and files.
- Handle internal documentation processes such as invoices, reports, and memos.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth flow of information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as required.
- Respond to internal queries and provide administrative support across teams.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data and information.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience in a back-office or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹240, ₹260,000.00 per year
