Franchisee Operations Manager

Exciting opportunity Looking for someone to lead franchise operations, drive growth, and build strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for franchise partners.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on franchisee performance against key metrics (KPIs).
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships to ensure franchisee success and brand alignment.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of franchise locations to ensure compliance with company standards, SOPs, and legal regulations.
- Facilitate and drive operational efficiency across all aspects of the franchise business.
- Ensure consistent delivery of the brand promise and a high-quality customer experience.
- Plan and conduct regular operational, safety, and brand compliance audits.
- Provide detailed audit reports and work with franchisees to develop and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure all locations maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Identify franchisee training needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective training programs.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to franchisees on business development, local store marketing, and sales growth strategies.
- Assist new franchisees during the initial launch and ramp-up phase.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, Finance) to support franchisee initiatives and roll out new programs
