Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Executive located in Trivandrum. The Call Center Executive will be responsible for managing incoming calls, providing customer support, handling customer inquiries, and offering product information. Additional responsibilities include resolving customer complaints, maintaining records of customer interactions, and working closely with the sales team to promote and sell products. The role also involves ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and professional service.

Note:
We prefer candidates who are currently residing in Trivandrum or nearby areas.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills and experience in Contact Centers
  • Sales skills and ability to promote and sell products
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Proficiency in Malayalam and English languages
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be advantageous
