2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (IST) or 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM (IST) based on the geography assigned

Job Description:

  • Responsible for achieving daily, weekly and monthly inside sales targets
  • Consistently build, track and handle a pipeline of opportunities in CRM, provide accurate forecasts, delight customers by exceeding outbound Sales Services
  • Research and call relevant stake holders to describe Gleecus' service lines and setting up meetings with stakeholders
  • Prospecting by making a minimum of 100 outbound calls via various lead channels to nurture relationships and generate qualified sales leads
  • Ability to have sprints with stakeholders to understand company's vision

Required Candidate Profile:

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT Sales
  • Knowledge of upselling and cross-selling is preferred but not mandatory
  • MBA in Marketing is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication & reporting skills
  • Capable of learning on the fly
  • Exceptional business acumen, customer focus, listening skills, negotiating & influencing ability
  • Go Getter with a Can do attitude
  • Immediate Joiners are preferred
