Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Representative, located in Hyderabad, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound activities. Daily tasks will include reaching out to prospects, maintaining trackers, and collaborating with founders to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
Key responsibilities:
Prospect & Research: Identify and build lists of high-potential leads from key global markets
Outreach That Works: Engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls using messaging best practices
Set Up Discovery Calls: Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our Account Executives
Use AI Tools: Leverage AI and automation to scale outreach and personalize messages
Shadow Sales Cycles: Learn how B2B deals are closed - from intro to close
Qualifications
- Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Business Development experience
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the SaaS or service-based industry is a plus
