Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Responsibilities - 50%
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Plan and implement in-person sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, focusing on building strong, direct customer relationships.
- Revenue Ownership: Take full responsibility for the sales pipeline, including profit and loss (P&L) management, to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, leveraging customer feedback to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Marketing Responsibilities - 50%
- Offline Marketing Strategy: Design and execute offline marketing campaigns tailored to local consumer behavior and trends, particularly in the beauty and wellness industry.
- Brand Promotion: Organize promotional activities at events like wellness fairs to enhance brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Budget Management: Oversee the offline marketing budget to ensure cost-effective allocation of resources while achieving desired campaign outcomes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications is preferred.
Experience: 10-15 years of experience in sales & marketing roles within the health and wellness sectors, with a proven track record of building luxury brands.
