Senior Manager Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, support the sales team, and strengthen customer engagement for affordable housing projects across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities


• Brand Development & Management
• Build, position, and manage the brand for affordable housing projects.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
•

Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies tailored to the affordable housing segment.
• Identify market trends and customer insights to inform campaigns.

  • Digital Marketing
    • Lead digital initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
    • Oversee content creation and digital campaigns to drive online engagement and lead generation.
  • Event & Campaign Management
    • Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, exhibitions, and on-ground campaigns.
    • Measure and report on campaign performance, optimizing for results.


• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with sales, CRM, and cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with business objectives. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution

  • Budget & Performance Management
    • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
    • Track KPIs and ROI for all marketing initiatives and report to senior leadership.
