Role: Lead Digital Analyst
Description:
Key responsibilities
• Understand and Map end-to-end campaign data flows — from upstream content production and approvals to downstream tracking, analytics, and data lake integrations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, tracking logic, metadata structures, and performance KPIs aligned with business goals.
• Lead setup, onboarding, and enablement of tracking platforms such as Claravine, Accutics, and CampTag — including user training, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Define and operationalize standardized campaign process flows to ensure consistency in execution, tracking, and reporting across brands and markets.
• Drive tool governance and adoption by aligning stakeholders on campaign tracking standards, taxonomy rules, and best practices.
• Maintain data accuracy across campaigns through taxonomy governance, metadata validation, and template standardization.
• Support campaign performance reporting by building dashboards and conducting post-campaign analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Deliver actionable insights and performance inputs to marketing and brand teams, contributing to campaign optimization, QBRs, and strategic reviews.
• Own and maintain documentation — campaign setup guides, flow diagrams, tracking specifications, and SOPs — while building new materials based on evolving needs.
• Conduct current vs. future state assessments to identify tracking or process gaps and contribute to roadmap development and solution design.
• Provide feasibility guidance for business initiatives, RFPs, internal pilots, and product development.
• Act as a central coordination point for stakeholder communication and agency collaboration, ensuring operational smoothness and expectation alignment.
• Contribute innovative ideas for taxonomy evolution, reporting automation, and more intelligent use of campaign metadata to enhance efficiency and insights.
Must Have
• 4+ years of experience in Digital Analytics with exposure to web, media, and campaign platforms.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of UTM setup, link tracking, and campaign performance workflows.
• Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics and other campaign tagging platforms.
• Deep understanding of biopharma marketing workflows, including content approvals (MLRC) and compliance standards.
• Strategic thinking with strong execution focus — able to simplify complex processes, convert them into trackable workflows, and drive delivery across global teams.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot tracking issues, build scalable processes, and ensure data accuracy.
• Functional understanding of BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) and campaign performance metrics
• Clear communicator- adept at explaining tracking logic to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills -capable of preparing briefs, tracking plans, and reporting insights to marketing and business teams.
Good to have
- Experience supporting omnichannel marketing programs and aligning tracking across multiple regions and channels.
- Exposure to campaign management in large biopharma or life sciences organizations.
- Exposure to Agile ways of working, with task management using tools like Jira.
- Understanding of downstream data pipelines and enterprise-level reporting workflows.
