Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of analysts to deliver actionable insights across the digital and credit card business domains.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify key business questions and deliver high-impact analytical solutions.
  • Utilize SAS and Python to analyze large datasets and create predictive and performance models.
  • Leverage Adobe Analytics to track, interpret, and report on digital KPIs and customer behavior across digital platforms.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, with a strong grasp of P&L metrics and drivers of profitability.
  • Translate data findings into strategic business recommendations and influence decision-making at leadership levels.
  • Drive campaign analysis, targeting, and customer segmentation strategies to improve ROI and engagement.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, managing performance and professional growth.

Skills Required:

  • Strong expertise in digital analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • Proficiency in SAS and Python for large-scale data analysis and modeling
  • Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and data manipulation
  • Understanding of credit card operations and related financial metrics
  • Ability to interpret P&L statements and profitability drivers
  • Experience in customer segmentation and campaign performance analysis
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders
