About the Role

We are seeking a
Digital Solution Analyst
with strong expertise in automation tools and business process improvement. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and governance across global business functions. The analyst will also coach citizen developers, promote digital adoption, and contribute to innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with architects, solution designers, and global teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
  • Design scalable automation solutions across geographies and business units.
  • Support automation projects, ensuring compliance, documentation, and governance alignment.
  • Train and guide citizen developers and CoE teams on digital tools and best practices.
  • Continuously review, improve, and maintain existing automation solutions.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and drive proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • Promote collaboration, innovation, and a positive team culture across global functions.

Core Skills & Technologies

  • Platforms/Tools:
    Microsoft Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI, Dataverse, ALM), Automation Anywhere, Salesforce, SAP, Mulesoft, ServiceNow, Azure Boards.
  • Programming/Development:
    JavaScript, C#, Python, Power Query, VBA, Power Fx.
  • Other Tools:
    Visual Studio, Jupyter, Azure Storage Explorer, Azure Document Intelligence Studio.
  • Approaches:
    Solution Design, Agile methodologies, Process Improvement.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of relevant experience in customer-focused or process-driven environments.
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms in enterprise settings.
  • Proven track record in leading small to mid-scale projects.
  • Strong exposure to agile methodologies and training delivery.
  • Experience in driving process efficiency and governance improvements.
