Job Summary:
The Office Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of the office. The role involves handling day-to-day office tasks, assisting staff, and maintaining office efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Handle filing, record-keeping, and document management.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
- Support HR and Admin functions such as attendance, joining formalities, and data entry.
- Handle courier, mail distribution, and communication with vendors.
- Prepare basic reports, letters, and presentations as instructed.
- Provide general support to visitors and coordinate with staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of office areas.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate / 12th pass (depending on company policy).
- Proven experience as an office assistant, clerk, or administrative role (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
