Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Inbound Sales Professional to join our global sales team. You will drive revenue by converting inbound leads across North America, Europe, and APAC, and play a key role in expanding our reach across strategic high-growth markets.

This is a high-visibility role that offers fast career growth and the opportunity to work closely with international clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end inbound sales cycle from MQL to deal closure.
  • Convert inbound leads from global markets including North America, Europe, and APAC.
  • Conduct detailed discovery calls and product pitch sessions to understand client needs, budgets, and use cases.
  • Create, identify, and close opportunities for MarketsandMarkets' GEM (Global Expansion Model) offerings.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Research, Pre-Sales, and Marketing to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Maintain excellent client communication through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Drive account growth through relationship-building and proactive opportunity identification.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, insights, and updates to leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3–8 years of experience in Inbound Sales / Inside Sales, preferably in the Market Research or Technology/Consulting industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue, achieving targets, and scaling accounts.
  • Strong communication skills with experience handling North American clients.
  • Excellent telephone and email etiquette.
  • Ability to qualify, prioritize, and close multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Creative, insightful, persuasive, and highly organized.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Self-starter with a passion for new client acquisition and account management.
  • Positive attitude, persistence, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills at an executive level.
