Your Impact:
As a Senior Client Growth Partner, you'll be the go-to expert for some of our biggest clients in helping them grow revenue, optimize ad performance, and unlock new monetization opportunities. You'll act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, developing actionable growth strategies that maximize advertising returns, improve client outcomes, and unlock new revenue opportunities. This is a highly client-facing, consultative role where you'll blend strategic thinking, analytical insights, and creativity to deliver measurable impact.
What You'll Do:
● Own a portfolio of major clients and help them grow their advertising business, from strategy
to results.
● Consult on ad monetization: pricing, optimization, channel mix, and finding new revenue
streams.
● Analyze ad performance data to deliver clear insights and recommendations to optimize
yield, eCPM, fill rate, and other monetization KPIs.
● Partner with clients to define and achieve quarterly and annual growth goals, delivering
proactive solutions and measurable business outcomes.
● Lead client conversations, from strategic planning to execution and post-campaign
optimization, ensuring top-tier satisfaction throughout the partnership.
● Design and implement customer segmentation and retention frameworks in collaboration
with marketing teams to enable sustainable growth.
● Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities based on client needs and new
product capabilities.
● Keep an eye on campaign performance, industry trends, and the next big thing in digital ads.
● Host product demos, training, and onboarding processes for existing & prospective Clients
You'll Thrive If You Have:
● At least 2 years of experience in client management, account management, or related roles
● Proven track record of leading diverse teams, consultants, and client portfolio
● Previous experience in tech /e-commerce startups/ SaaS startups is strongly preferred
● Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier-1/ Tier-2 accredited institute
● Startup-savvy, solid hustling, data driven decision making and problem-solving attitude
● Self-driven, highly organized, and able to multitask
● Ability to define and document customer success processes and best practices to deliver
10x customer experience.
● Knack for problem-solving, keeping the client's interest in mind always.
● Great story-telling skills
● Experience presenting to external stakeholders including to CxOs
