We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform & Performance Analytics Specialist to lead the migration of classic reports and dashboards to ServiceNow Platform Analytics. The role involves designing and implementing advanced Performance Analytics dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling actionable insights for business users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end migration of classic reports and dashboards years of data) to ServiceNow Platform Analytics.
  • Design, develop, and implement Performance Analytics dashboards, KPIs, and indicators across multiple modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve migration errors while ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaborate with module owners (ITSM, SPM, HRSD, WSD, ITOM, CMDB) to validate migrated content.
  • Propose enhancements and best practices for reporting and analytics.
  • Create user guides and technical documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational governance and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Platform Analytics & Performance Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, SPM, HRSD, WSD, ITOM, CMDB.
  • Proven expertise in building dashboards, KPIs, and indicators.
  • Experience in large-scale data migrations with 10+ years of historical data.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and training skills.
  • Certifications Preferred:
  • CIS – Performance Analytics
  • CIS – ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, or related modules
