Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager position based in Surat. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored life insurance solutions. Responsibilities include conducting client meetings, providing financial advice, driving sales strategies, and achieving sales targets, while ensuring a stellar customer experience. The role involves maintaining a strong understanding of the company's products and services and representing Bandhan Life's values in every interaction.

  • Experience in client relationship management and customer service
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Sales and business development expertise
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to meet targets and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and relevant software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
