Job Location : Greater Noida (Work from Office)

Experience Required : Minimum 1 Year

Salary Range : 3LPA-5LPA

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to serve as the right-hand partner to the CEO of This role goes far beyond traditional assistance—it is about running the agency day-to-day, enabling the CEO to focus on driving sales, marketing, lead generation, and strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive operator with strong leadership, organizational, and business acumen, capable of handling cross-functional responsibilities and ensuring the overall health of the agency. You will act as the CEO's trusted partner—executing priorities, managing stakeholders, and driving initiatives that directly contribute to growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Work directly with the CEO to drive business growth and expansion.
  2. Support AI, ML, and next-gen product initiatives.
  3. Coordinate global marketing & demand generation activities.
  4. Manage client relations, partnerships, and sales opportunities.
  5. Assist in operations, processes, and scaling key business functions.
  6. Take ownership of special projects end-to-end, ensuring timely execution.
  7. Sit in on key meetings, prepare briefs, and ensure follow-through on action items.
  8. Research, prioritize, and ship high-impact workstreams.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  1. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills (top-notch).

  2. Possess strong interpersonal & sales-smart skills – confident in client-facing roles.

  3. Are curious about the tech world (AI, ML, automation, startups, etc.) and passionate about learning.

  4. Have some prior exposure in sales, marketing, client relations, or business operations (internship/entry-level experience counts).

  5. Love working with systems, documents, and dashboards to bring structure to chaos.

  6. Are proactive, a go-getter, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

  7. 1+ years of experience in a leadership, operations, business management, or executive assistant role (preferably in an agency or consulting environment).
