Job Summary:
Joysuites Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our resorts and hotels. The ideal candidate will have over 5+ years of experience in hospitality management, a strong leadership background, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will manage operations, financial performance, and team development while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, etc.).
- Enhance guest experience, resolve issues, and maintain high satisfaction.
- Lead and develop department heads and staff, fostering a positive work culture.
- Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and profitability while controlling costs.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure proper maintenance and compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to boost brand visibility and drive business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of senior management experience in hospitality.
- Strong leadership financial and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹54,125.71 per month
