Job Summary:

The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting overall financial control for the hotel and resort operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting activities including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Handle payroll processing and related statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, GST, etc.).
  • Monitor revenue, expense, and cost reports; assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit periods.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all accounting records.
  • Work closely with departments like Front Office, F&B, and Procurement to ensure proper expense tracking and billing accuracy.
  • Maintain vendor and customer accounts with timely payments and collections.
  • Assist the Finance Controller in cash flow management and forecasting.
  • Support implementation of accounting systems and process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Commerce or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP / IDS / Oracle / SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and related financial processes.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
