Job Title: Customer Support Executive (UK Process) Location: Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-time Shift Timing: UK Shift (Flexible to work in rotational shifts)
Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries and complaints for our UK clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle multiple queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services, resolve complaints, and assist with troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Meet quality and performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, policies, and company guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an international/UK process.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills with a neutral accent.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and live chat software.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues, provide solutions, and handle difficult customer situations calmly.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work in rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in International Bpo ,Customer Support Executive.
