Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries and complaints for our UK clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle multiple queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products/services, resolve complaints, and assist with troubleshooting.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Meet quality and performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, policies, and company guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an international/UK process.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills with a neutral accent.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and live chat software.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues, provide solutions, and handle difficult customer situations calmly.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in International Bpo ,Customer Support Executive.
- Multitasking ability and attention to detail.
