Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and support

the AICTE-recognized Future Leaders Program (FLP). The primary focus of this role is to

schedule appointments with domestic educational institutions, handle incoming calls, follow up on

communications, and assist with preparing presentation materials. The candidate will work

remotely but may be required to travel within India for essential meetings or events, with all travel

expenses covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Setting:

◦ Conduct outbound calls to domestic educational colleges to secure appointments for

project discussions.

◦ Follow up with potential clients through calls and emails to maintain engagement

and ensure timely responses.

  • Client Communication:

◦ Handle incoming calls and inquiries regarding the AICTE-recognized Future Leaders

Program.

◦ Act as a point of contact for colleges and educational institutions interested in the

program.

  • Administrative Support:

◦ Create and prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and documents for

meetings or discussions.

◦ Maintain accurate records of communications, appointments, and follow-ups in the

CRM system.

  • Collaboration:

◦ Work closely with the Project Manager to align on goals, strategies, and schedules.

◦ Provide regular updates on appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and progress.

  • Travel (If Required):◦ Occasionally travel within India for critical meetings or events related to the FLP

project (all expenses covered by the company).

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer relationship

management.

Communication Skills:

◦ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

◦ Proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is an added advantage.

Technical Skills:

◦ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

◦ Familiarity with CRM tools is desirable.

Soft Skills:

◦ Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.

◦ Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

◦ Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented.

Availability: Reliable internet connection and flexible working hours to meet business

needs.
