Technical Recruiter Remote

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR team at MUVI, Bhubaneswar. You'll be responsible for driving the complete recruitment cycle — identifying, engaging, and onboarding top technical talent across multiple domains.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), social media, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Ensure a seamless, engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support campus hiring initiatives and coordinate with local institutions.
  • Stay updated with market trends and recommend innovative hiring approaches.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT/technical recruitment.
  • Sound understanding of software development, QA, and related tech roles.
  • Experience using ATS, HR databases, and online sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
