We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling content and managing our digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.
Create engaging social media content using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Produce and edit videos for promotional use, reels, and ad content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with brand goals.
Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for digital campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) and Canva.
Strong skills in illustration, video editing, and graphic design.
Experience with social media marketing, content creation, and digital strategy.
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or graphic design roles.
Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
Salary: 4.80 to 6 lacs per Annum
