  • Documentation: Help create product documentation, user stories, product requirement documents (PRDs), and user guides.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with project management duties, including monitoring progress and coordinating activities across different groups to ensure timely product delivery.

  • Educational Background: Typically pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for interpreting data and identifying user needs.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with teams and creating clear documentation.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
