Job Title: HR Assistant Manager

Location: Chh. Sambhajinagar

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection process (manpower planning, job posting, interviews, hiring).
  • Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
  • Supervise payroll, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
  • Drive training, performance management, and career development initiatives.
  • Lead employee engagement, welfare, and motivation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain proper HR documentation.
  • Support management with HR reports, analytics, and manpower planning.
  • Guide and mentor the HR team (assistants/executives).

Requirements:

  • MBA / PG in HR or equivalent.
  • 5–10 years of experience in HR, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS / ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28, ₹33,000.00 per month
