Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support

  • Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews

  • Joining Formalities & Onboarding

  • Assist with employee documentation and induction process

  • Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor daily attendance and prepare monthly reports

  • Reception & Front Desk Management

  • Attend phone calls and route them appropriately

  • Welcome visitors, maintain the visitor log, and manage front desk operations

  • Canteen & Pantry Management

  • Ensure cleanliness and stock of pantry supplies

  • Coordinate with vendors for canteen services

  • Stationery & Uniforms Administration

  • Maintain inventory and issue stationery and uniforms to staff

  • Travel & Accommodation Booking

  • Handle flight tickets and hotel bookings for staff and guests

  • Keep accurate travel and expense records

  • General HR & Admin Support

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation

  • Assist with internal meetings, events, and communications

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR/Admin roles preferred
  • Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HR/travel software is a plus
  • Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude
