Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
Joining Formalities & Onboarding
Assist with employee documentation and induction process
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance and prepare monthly reports
Reception & Front Desk Management
Attend phone calls and route them appropriately
Welcome visitors, maintain the visitor log, and manage front desk operations
Canteen & Pantry Management
Ensure cleanliness and stock of pantry supplies
Coordinate with vendors for canteen services
Stationery & Uniforms Administration
Maintain inventory and issue stationery and uniforms to staff
Travel & Accommodation Booking
Handle flight tickets and hotel bookings for staff and guests
Keep accurate travel and expense records
General HR & Admin Support
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with internal meetings, events, and communications
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR/Admin roles preferred
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HR/travel software is a plus
- Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude
