Key Responsibilities:

  • Write, review, and refine high-quality code for solving complex real-world problems.
  • Design and build validation frameworks, automated benchmarks, and test suites.
  • Improve the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of AI-generated code.
  • Collaborate closely with research, product, and engineering teams to integrate solutions into production.
  • Provide leadership in code evaluation, best practices, and quality assurance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7–10+ years of experience in large-scale software development.
  • Strong expertise in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, C, C++, JavaScript.
  • Proven experience in code evaluation, debugging, and quality assessment.
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) / GenAI-driven coding (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
  • Ability to contribute 8+ hours per day for at least 1 month (freelance commitment).

Compensation (Independent Contractor – IC):

  • Coding: ₹1500 – ₹3000 per hour
  • Advanced / Expert-Level Coding: ₹3000 – ₹5000 per hour
