Job Title: Partner Tech Lead / Architect

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full stack development and delivery efforts across the entire SDLC
  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software architectures
  • Set up and manage Azure DevOps Pipelines for CI/CD automation
  • Collaborate closely with partner teams, project managers, and stakeholders
  • Guide and mentor development teams, providing technical direction and code reviews
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in cloud-native development, DevOps, and system design
  • Drive continuous improvement in performance, reliability, and scalability

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 9+ years of experience in software development and architecture
  • Proven track record as a Technical Lead or Architect on enterprise-level projects
  • Strong expertise in Azure DevOps, especially Azure Pipelines for CI/CD
  • Proficiency in full stack technologies (frontend and backend frameworks)
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure (preferably Microsoft Azure)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,300, ₹1,900,000.00 per year
