We are looking for a dynamic Tech Lead & Digital Operations Manager who can independently manage and execute our entire digital ecosystem.

Role Overview:

You will lead all tech, digital marketing, and automation initiatives at The Healing Wiz. This is a hands-on role requiring both technical expertise and operational leadership to ensure smooth, efficient, and integrated digital processes across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize our Synamate CRM for automations, lead tracking, and performance insights.
  • Handle Pabbly WhatsApp API integrations, workflows, and automations.
  • Create and manage landing pages, lead forms, and website updates (WordPress or similar).
  • Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, retargeting).
  • Oversee software integrations, payment gateways, and API connections.
  • Provide technical training and support to internal teams.
  • Coordinate with vendors and tech partners for maintenance and upgrades.
  • Manage end-to-end tech troubleshooting for the team.
  • Track analytics, prepare reports, and provide insights for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital operations, automation, or tech management.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Synamate).
  • Experience with Pabbly, Zapier/Integrately, or similar automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with website builders (WordPress, Webflow, Wix).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple digital tools and projects independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in IT, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
  • Prior experience working in wellness, coaching, or online education (preferred, not mandatory).
