We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder / Lead Developer who can combine hands-on development expertise with strategic leadership. This unique role requires someone who can code in Java & ReactJS while also driving company operations, making executive decisions, and leading teams to deliver on business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend (Java) and frontend (ReactJS) applications
  • Oversee technical projects, ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to align tech initiatives with business goals
  • Take strategic decisions for company growth and operations, similar to a CEO
  • Mentor and manage technical teams, ensuring smooth workflow and project delivery
  • Plan and execute product roadmaps, technology strategies, and innovations

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Java (backend) and ReactJS (frontend)
  • Proven leadership experience or capability to handle team & operational decisions
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to balance hands-on coding with executive responsibilities
  • Previous startup experience is a plus
