About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Python GenAI Developer to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs, NLP, and deep learning frameworks. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Python, LangChain, and cloud-based AI deployments (Azure, AWS), along with hands-on knowledge of MLOps, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI workflows.

You will be responsible for building scalable AI systems — from model training and fine-tuning to deployment — and integrating them into enterprise-level applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy Generative AI applications using Python, LangChain, LLMs (GPT, Llama, T5, BERT), and RAG architectures.
  • Build multi-agent systems and conversational AI workflows for real-world problem-solving.
  • Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific tasks such as document processing, content generation, and summarization.
  • Integrate AI models with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for scalable performance.
  • Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and model governance.
  • Design and deploy APIs using Flask, FastAPI, or Django for AI microservices.
  • Work on document understanding using OCR (Tesseract, PyOCR), OpenCV, and layout analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into applications and dashboards.
  • Conduct data preprocessing, embedding generation, and vector database management (FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone).
  • Continuously research emerging trends in GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI to implement new capabilities.

APIs & Web Frameworks: Flask, FastAPI, Dash, Streamlit

OCR / CV Tools: OpenCV, Tesseract, PyOCR, YOLO, SSD

Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Dash

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 7–12 years of experience in AI/ML development with at least 3+ years in GenAI / LLM-based solutions.
  • Proven experience building and deploying AI-driven applications in production.
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering, role-based prompting, and few-shot learning.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Vertex AI.
  • Exposure to multi-agent orchestration and agentic frameworks.
  • Knowledge of ethical AI, bias detection, or explainable AI frameworks.
  • Prior experience in education, HR-tech, or conversational AI domains.
