Role Overview:
This role is ideal for a highly motivated MBA graduate who thrives in fast-paced environments, can make quick decisions with clarity, and has a knack for identifying and solving business challenges. You will be closely involved in operational problem-solving, interdepartmental coordination, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business problems and provide effective, data-driven solutions
- Take ownership of daily issues across departments and ensure timely resolution
- Make confident decisions under pressure and in real-time business scenarios
- Collaborate with teams across marketing, operations, logistics, and customer support
- Respond quickly and efficiently to unexpected challenges
- Assist in streamlining operations and enhancing productivity
- Participate in strategic meetings and contribute ideas for business growth
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports for management
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in workflow or communication
- Represent the company in client/vendor discussions if needed
Required Skills & Qualities:
- MBA (Operations, Strategy, or General Management preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to make decisions independently and take initiative
- Fast responder and quick learner
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic understanding of business functions like operations, marketing, and supply chain
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent in English and Hindi
