Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Property Consultant to join our elite real estate team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 year of hands-on sales experience in the property market, with a strong track record in closing deals, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties across SOBO
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, property portals, and marketing campaigns
  • Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and site inspections
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on the SOBO real estate market, trends, and investment opportunities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, legal regulations, and new project launches
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Maintain CRM records, follow up with leads, and build a long-term client database
  • Coordinate with developers, mortgage advisors, and legal teams to facilitate transactions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 year of real estate sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of properties in SOBO
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
