Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant with 2–3 years of experience, who is proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of handling day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update records, reports, and data in Excel spreadsheets.
  • Prepare and manage basic MIS reports, attendance sheets, and project trackers.
  • Assist in daily office operations and coordination between departments.
  • Handle filing, documentation, and scanning of important office papers.
  • Support in managing office inventory and supply orders.
  • Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and external agencies as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff and project teams.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in an office assistant or administrative role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formatting, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word and Outlook.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in data entry or handling reports.
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets or other spreadsheet tools (optional).
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹24,783.54 per month
