Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant with 2–3 years of experience, who is proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of handling day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update records, reports, and data in Excel spreadsheets.
- Prepare and manage basic MIS reports, attendance sheets, and project trackers.
- Assist in daily office operations and coordination between departments.
- Handle filing, documentation, and scanning of important office papers.
- Support in managing office inventory and supply orders.
- Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and external agencies as needed.
- Provide administrative support to senior staff and project teams.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in an office assistant or administrative role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formatting, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Outlook.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in data entry or handling reports.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets or other spreadsheet tools (optional).
- Fluency in English and Hindi.

Pay: ₹15, ₹24,783.54 per month
