Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead - Unity/Unreal located in the Mohali district. The Team Lead will oversee a team of developers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality game development projects. Key responsibilities include project planning, code review, optimizing performance, and collaborating with other departments to achieve project goals. The role also involves mentoring team members, troubleshooting technical issues, and keeping up with the latest industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Unity and Unreal game engines
  • Experience with C#, C++, and other relevant programming languages
  • Proven track record of leading a team and managing game development projects
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field
  • Passion for gaming and staying updated with industry trends
