About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled
Marketing Team Lead & SEO Specialist
to oversee our marketing operations, technical optimization, and content strategy across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading the marketing team independently, driving measurable results, and presenting performance insights without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO & Optimization:
  • Oversee all aspects of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Conduct daily monitoring and benchmarking of search result rankings for both positive and negative assets.
  • Implement strategies to maintain a strong digital reputation and improve organic visibility.
  • Team Leadership & Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure collaboration, productivity, and goal alignment.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews and ensure timely progress reporting.
  • Drive accountability within the team while maintaining a positive and growth-oriented culture.
  • Content Strategy & Management:
  • Create and manage a 90-day content pipeline across all marketing channels.
  • Plan and execute an integrated content strategy for
    Social Media, Website, Blogs, News, and 3rd-party platforms
    (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and storytelling across all platforms.
  • Analytics & Performance Review:
  • Regularly analyze performance reports and pivot strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
  • Present actionable insights and results to management with clear progress indicators.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (4+ years preferred) in
    SEO
    ,
    Digital Marketing
    , and
    Team Management
    .
  • Strong understanding of Google Search Console, Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and report independently —
    "self-sufficient execution and results delivery" is key.
  • Experience managing content teams and multi-platform strategies.
