Job Overview:

Softtrix is seeking a skilled and motivated SEO Team Lead to manage our SEO projects, lead a talented team, and ensure the success of client campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, along with proven experience in handling clients and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide, and manage the SEO team to deliver quality results.
  • Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve client website rankings.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Conduct SEO audits and implement optimization recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Prepare performance reports and communicate progress to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of proven SEO experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in team and client management.
  • Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
